"Traces of Time – The Headquarters of the Oriental Foundation and the Protestant Cemetery" is authored by Associate Professor Zhang Kun of the Department of History, College of Liberal Arts, Jinan University. The book is divided into three parts: "Historical Origins of the Headquarters of the Oriental Foundation and the Protestant Cemetery", "Activities of the British East India Company During its Lease Period", and "Cemetery Residents and Sino-British Interactions". The author vividly describes the daily recreational activities of British merchants living in Macau at the time, such as theatrical performances, horse racing, and boat races, presenting the lives of foreign communities in Macau in the 19th century from an interesting perspective.
