The Hong Kong film "See How I Talk Today," directed by Adam Wong, won Best Actress at the Taiwan Golden Horse Awards and was nominated for Best Actor and Best Sound Effects. It tells the story of three protagonists, Tze-shun (played by Neo Yau), So-eun (played by Chung Suet Ying), and Alan (played by Ng Tsz-ho), and how they bravely overcome objective limitations to explore the world in their own ways. Although they hurt each other in the process, they silently lead each other to find themselves. This realistic film, themed around deaf culture, explores the self-worth and identity of deaf youth for the first time.

One of the film's main screenwriters, Sze Yin, conducted in-depth interviews with over 35 cast and crew members, both in and out of the film, to sort out the intertwined contexts of reality and film creation. She meticulously recounts the story's development over many years, the long-standing demand for acting opportunities for deaf individuals, how the film production process exemplified respect for deaf culture, the true feelings of deaf actors, and nearly a hundred unreleased treasured set photos...

Please see how we talk today, how we silently persevered with this real deaf story, moving between sound and silence, seemingly distant yet close, until it was seen by you...
