Speaking of Fairy Tales - A Collection of Works by Cheng Hui-Lan

This book features selected works by Macao young artist Zheng Huilan. Zheng Huilan, born in Macao, has been engaged in visual arts creation, visual arts education, teacher training, and teaching research in Macao for many years. She is currently a doctoral student in education at East China Normal University, holds a Master of Arts in Visual Arts from the University of the Arts London, UK, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the College of Art, National Taiwan Normal University. She majored in illustration art in the UK, and her creations blend pop surrealism, exploring and expressing delicate emotional issues of life within the logic of fantasy and reality. Her creative works include painting, printmaking, pottery, and experimental animation. She is currently the President of the Macao Visual Arts Teachers Association, Vice President of Art For All Society, Macao, Vice Chairman of the Macao Young Artists Association, Director of the Youth Association of the Macao Chinese Educators' Association, and a participant in the first batch of the Ministry of Education's National Training Program for Renowned Teachers and Principals.
