"Can't Get In" is the latest work by Alex Gohain, author of "Don't Forget Me." It chronicles her personal experience in 2018 when, while preparing for the publication of her first comic, "Don't Forget Me," and despite her creative and professional life flourishing, she began to experience painful intercourse with her beloved partner, Luca. Much like the sincere and moving story in "Don't Forget Me," Alex candidly records her three-year journey through gynecologists, therapists, and sex therapists to reclaim sexual intimacy with Luca and her own desires, ultimately leading to a diagnosis and reconciliation with her own trauma.

Painful intercourse was never just Alex's problem. After a long period of treatment, she and her partner Luca moved from an initially involuntary sexless relationship to exploring and shaping their sexual experiences through a consensually open relationship. Although she was lost and helpless during the process and at one point even tried to deceive Luca, causing their relationship to cool. However, what she learned on this journey is that lies and secrets can never increase intimacy. Even with conflict, she decided to be honest with herself and Luca, embarking on a new journey of self-healing.
