Non-photographic concepts

"Non-photography" is not a denial of photography, but an experiment in liberation. Philosophy has long understood its relationship with the world through the instantaneous flash of photography, and so-called "philosophy of photography" inevitably falls into a vicious cycle of self-reflection. Therefore, photography must be liberated from "photographic ontology" and various historical and technical constraints, allowing images to exist in their own way. Laloulette draws on the characteristics of fractal images, which have neither center nor boundaries; photography should also not be seen as a microcosm of the world, but rather as a heterogeneous field parallel to the world and irreducible. It both weakens the authority of the photographer as an omnipotent subject and shakes the philosopher's exclusive position in interpreting reality.
