In 1992, photographer Li Ruifen traveled to Cuba with his camera. At that time, the small tropical Central American country was not yet open. This photo collection gathers his impressions of the giant waves crashing on the Havana coast, the old Spanish architecture in the old quarter, and the hospitable but struggling Cuban people.
