The Town Where You Live, Reprinted Edition

The "Kimi no Sumu Machi" photo book by renowned photographer Yoshiyuki Okuyama, shot entirely with a Polaroid camera, has been reissued seven years after its initial release. The book's images exude a retro, nostalgic feel with a blend of warm and radiant light and shadow. In addition to elements like winding narrow alleys, parks, old-fashioned cafes, and streetscapes with cars, the book features popular actresses such as Nana Komatsu, Kasumi Arimura, Riho Yoshioka, Kaho, and Yao Ai-Ning. Their casual, free-spirited, and poetic portrayals through Okuyama's lens became a topic of discussion. For this reissued edition, the cover background color has been changed to the color of the sky, and there are more refined changes in the inner page printing and image details. This magazine allows readers to revisit the light and shadows of Tokyo's streets in days gone by and the beautiful poses of 35 actresses.
