Welcome to the Grand Hotel of Emotions.
I am the hotel manager, serving the emotions that come to stay.

At the Grand Hotel of Emotions, every day is different,
and it's hard to predict who will arrive, as each guest has different needs.
For example, Anger, with her astonishing volume, needs a large space to scream and yell to her heart's content.
Sadness speaks in a small voice and occasionally floods the bathroom.
Gratitude asks for nothing; she loves to wander in nature and might appear to accompany you at any time.
　　
Some emotions are big, some are small; some are easy to get along with, some are tricky.
However, no matter what kind of emotion it is, I will make a room available and listen to the concerns of every guest.

The author, Lydia, personifies our emotions and feelings as various guests appearing in this grand hotel, including sadness, anger, peace, anxiety, gratitude, confidence, self-assurance, and love and joy.
She once mentioned, "All emotions are real; there are no 'bad emotions,' only 'inappropriate' ways of dealing with them."

Thus, every Grand Hotel of Emotions has a hotel manager to take good care of every guest.
When "Sadness" speaks in a tiny voice, listen carefully; when "Anger" is confined to a small room, be aware that he might transform into other emotions; if not careful, they might stay in the grand hotel for a very long time.
Sometimes, we wait for some emotions to check out quickly, while others we wish would stay forever, like "Peace," and "Joy" and "Love," who bring many good guests.

Emotions appear in countless forms, no matter how they present themselves or how many demands they make, we open our hearts to genuinely experience every emotion that arrives, make time to listen to their concerns, and accompany every guest through check-in and check-out.
