This is a true story about a mixed-breed dog and a purebred dog. Their tragic experiences are also
the stories of countless cats and dogs in the city. The breeding farms that profit from animals, and the millions of small lives that are
euthanized every year, constantly remind us of the urgency of adopting instead of buying.
Rosie, a small Teddy dog, was kept in a tiny cage at a breeding farm as a breeding machine. All the puppies she was forced to give birth to became the puppies we see in pet stores. When this poor mother was rescued, her front legs were deformed, she was emaciated, and all her teeth had fallen out. Sadly, such stories are not uncommon.
