Mong-Há

The Portuguese edition of Mong-Há was published by the Cultural Institute in 1998. It consists of eight short stories, some of which are autobiographical accounts or semi-fictional, semi-factual stories of life between the 1930s and 1950s. They recreate the reality of life for Portuguese and Chinese people in Macau in the past, as well as the appearance of various neighborhoods, helping Chinese readers to understand the author and her literary world.
