Hasegawa-san is so annoying

The teacher said: "Hasegawa-san is not in good health, everyone should take care of him!"
But Hasegawa-san is really annoying!
This guy is clumsy, has a miserable appearance, and has a runny nose all day long.
Obviously everyone worked so hard to be friends with him.
When I was playing baseball, I threw slow balls to him, but he still couldn't hit them!
Really annoying! Why is Hasegawa-san like this?
