French photographer Emmanuel Serna has lived in Hong Kong for over a decade, built a family here, and has long considered this city his home.
Starting from his personal emotions and vision, he observed this city he calls "home," and gradually grew curious about how other residents on this land live in this "home"—how do people behave in their daily lives when there's no pressure? What kind of relationship and interaction do they have with public spaces? How do people use these public spaces? What temporary or permanent traces do they leave behind? How do they find a sense of "home" in places outside their residence?……
Emmanuel uses images to try and find answers to every question about the relationship between himself, others, and the land.
