This zine documents an activity that re-experiences public space, emphasizing how furniture shapes cities, homes, and memories.
Over a four-day event, furniture was placed in an underutilized park, inviting citizens to use it and directly paint their visions of an ideal public space onto it. After the event, citizens took the furniture home, allowing the story to continue in their daily lives.
Although revitalizing underutilized parks is challenging, this project sparked inspiration for creating ideal public spaces.
