—Esther Liu, former associate professor at the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic UniversityAs a designer, you will be ups and downs in the Ganges River of fonts every day, but the only one you can trust from A to Z is Helvetica.
—Hung Lam, partner of Hong Kong CoDesign design company
Compared with those fonts of the 19th century, Helvetica was a very important breakthrough, with a slightly mechanical flavor and not too much artificial traces. It left a deep impression on us because it is more "neutral", and neutralism is a word we love. It should not contain any meaning in itself. The meaning should come from the content of the text, not the appearance of the font. That's why we love Helvetica so much.
—Wim Crouwel, Dutch modernist design master

—Rick Poynor, a famous British design theorist and curator
