"The Arrival of the Gelau People" tells the story of a sacred约定 (agreement/pact) circulating in Lai King Estate, Hong Kong. It is said that once people see the Gelau People appear before their eyes, they will die the next day. Yet, there is an old man named Ah Dang who waits for the Gelau People to appear every day. One day, Ah Dang encounters the Gelau People, and they are about to embark on a wonderful journey... This book uses clay, photographs, and paintings as multiple mediums to present its story, with a total of one hundred and twelve pages, slowly wandering through Lai King Estate.
