Seats are not necessarily chairs, as they do not always have legs or backs, but if they do, they may be appropriating or borrowing from something originally designed as a chair. They don't even have to be sat on; they can simply be used to hold objects. This is the fourth study in the "Street Report" series, exploring how people invent chairs on the street, or even reinvent the act of "sitting" itself. Some of these ways reinforce our common understanding of what a seat is, but many also challenge or question this concept.
