Sketch Book by HOHO

Many of the inspirations for this HOHO Sketch Book come from experiences in my daily life. I once heard a saying that "writing makes you live twice," and recording life through drawing feels similar. Events that have happened transform once in my mind when I draw them, and what the audience perceives is another matter entirely. This is the beauty of materializing things! The gap between "what is felt" and "what exists" fascinates me; it creates more wonder, like storytelling... the events that happen and what the viewer receives, what the viewer recounts to the audience, what the audience imagines in their minds—all the discrepancies and changes are incredibly beautiful, and different possibilities are emerging within these crevices. So, through drawing, I show everyone my life and the things I imagine, and I also look forward to these creations bringing different imaginations to various people.

He Yu-han, HOHO, currently lives in Taipei, an illustrator, model, and actress. A Virgo, she likes strawberry ice cream and cats. She graduated from Shih Chien University with a degree in Media Communication Design and went to the Royal College of Art in the UK in 2019 to study animation for her master's. She returned to Taiwan after studying for a year without graduating and is currently working towards becoming an actress while continuing to draw. Currently, she is passionate about continuously creating, working, and striving to stay fresh. In life, she hopes to feel deeply, express herself, and live an interesting life. She connects with the world through her creations (in all aspects).
