Tik and Tok became famous. Very famous. People started writing books about them, and their fame spread throughout the world. Their home was besieged by reporters, so they fled into the forest, where they found a walled garden for shelter. Here, they met a gentle man, an old gentleman, a thin man, and a pilot tending roses. The four wise men passed the time by telling stories, but the reporters were always hot on their heels, and Tik and Tok had to find the "author" – the source of all the trouble.
